Install Remote Inject

Remote Inject is a Chromium (MV3) extension. A Chrome Web Store listing is on the way; until then, load it unpacked from a GitHub release.

Load the extension

    Download the latest release

    Grab the extension .zip from the GitHub Releases page and unzip it somewhere permanent (the folder must stay on disk while the extension is loaded).

    Open the extensions page

    Navigate to chrome://extensions in Chrome, Brave, or any Chromium browser.

    Enable Developer mode

    Toggle "Developer mode" in the top-right corner of the extensions page.

    Load unpacked

    Click "Load unpacked" and select the unzipped chrome-mv3 folder. Remote Inject now appears in your toolbar.

Pair your wallet

    Open any dApp

    Visit a dApp and click its connect button. Choose Remote Inject from the wallet list (or it becomes window.ethereum automatically when no other wallet is installed).

    Scan the QR code

    The side panel shows a QR code and a four-digit pairing code. Scan it with any mobile wallet that has a built-in dApp browser (MetaMask, OKX, Trust…) — it opens the Remote Inject bridge page inside the wallet.

    Confirm the four digits

    Verify the four-digit code on your phone matches the extension, then approve. You are connected — signing happens on your phone from now on.

Settings

By default Remote Inject uses the public relay at wss://relay.walletpair.org/v1. You can point it at any WalletPair relay from the extension's Settings panel — self-host the relay if you prefer full control. Changing the relay simply requires re-pairing.
